1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We're working on expanding to more countries soon. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders are processed and can no longer be modified.

We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.
